The refurbished main kitchen is spacious, with a 4 metres square working floor area and generous worktops.
There is a traditional serving hatch through to the Main Hall.
It is well equipped with crockery and cutlery, with a double sink and a supply of teatowels and equipment for washing up so that hirers can leave them clean and dry for the next user.
There is a section of stainless steel work top and a handwash basin so that you can prepare food safely.
There is a capacious mains-fed water boiler, microwave, a fridge which can be switched on in advance by arrangement, a microwave and an electric cooker with three ovens and a ceramic hob.

The hob is an induction hob, which means that you will need to use appropriate cooking pans. Some are provided. Please consult with the managers to check what type of additional cooking equipment may be necessary for your event.
